µSR Study of Non-Centrosymmetric Superconductor Re6Zr

DOI

In this proposal we propose to investigate the detailed superconducting properties of the superconducting compound Re6Zr with the non-centrosymmetric α-Mn structure. Although this compound is non-centrosymmetric, studies of the superconducting properties of this compound show that the mixing of spin singlet and spin triplet states is limited. μSR is the ideal tool to investigate this type of phenomenon. We therefore request 4 days on the MUSR spectrometer
