Use of tobacco: type of cigarette, brand of cigarettes; nicotine content and tar; source of supply of tobacco products; time of quitting use of tobacco; extent of number of cigarettes smoked daily; age at starting to use tobacco; attempts to quit smoking; length of stoping; probability of smoking in three years; use of tobacco products by father and mother as well as friends, spouse, superiors and siblings; attitude to smoking bans and tobacco advertising; attitude to smoking (scales). Health: self-assessment of current condition of health and paying attention to one´s health; most important illnesses and complaints; measures to protect against AIDS; attitude to an AIDS test; last visit to the doctor; frequency of use of selected medications, tranquilizers as well as vitamin preparations; information on medications taken last week.
