Data S2 contains a list of elements detected in soil samples collected on four separate months of 2017 from a natural habitat located at Jaraiñ, Jaintia Hills District, Meghalaya, in which N. khasiana plants grow. Data S2 and S3 contain a list of enriched DEGs.
