In the present study, we tried to identify genes related to the adhesion process and gain insight into the mechanisms of V. alginolyticuswith high through-put sequencing. V. alginolyticus was treated with stress conditions including Cu2+ (50mg/L), Pb2+ (100mg/L), Hg2+ (50mg/L), and low pH (pH=5).
