Cladonema radiatum genome

Cladonema radiatum is a hydrozoan jellyfish that is easy to maintain and cross for genetic analysis in the laboratory. To establish C. radiatum as a model experimental animal in cnidarians, we have been inbreeding strains of jellyfish and raised 21 generations through sib-mating. The whole genome sequence was assembled using the inbred line F20 female.
