Electron microprobe monazite ages from a tin placer deposit on Bangka Island, Indonesia

The monazites were dated to geologically/geochemically characterize the tailings from a Zn placer deposit on Bangka Island Indonesia. Moreover a methodical artifact was described which will help the scientist in the monazite community to apply a more correct procedure when selecting the grains for dating.
