The goal of this project was to identify nucleotide variants between two commercially important lines of Arctic charr (Nauyuk Lake and Tree River from Icy Waters Arctic Charr). Arctic charr are exceptionally diverse and characterizing nucleotide diversity between these two lines should provide an idea of nucleotide diversity that can be expected between commercial lines of Arctic charr.
