Canadian weekly ice thickness dataset (1947-present)

The Canadian weekly ice thickness dataset report is based on 12 ice thickness monitoring sites in the Canadian Arctic (Alert, Baker Lake, Cambridge Bay, Eureka). Weekly measurements consist of sections describing: site, date of measurement, ice thickness, snow depth, surface topography, presence of cracks/leads, and method used. End date is on-going for the 12 stations of the new ice thickness program in the arctic that started in 2002. Old program started in 1947 and had all stations of new program + much more. See our web site for info on ice thickness programs. http://www.ice.ec.gc.ca/App/WsvPageDsp.cfm?Lang=eng&lnid=5&ScndLvl=no&ID=11703
