Fractional abundances and concentrations of brGMGTs in surficial lake-bottom sediment from Lake Chala (Table S4)

The percent organic carbon (%OC) for each sample was estimated using the measured % OC at 0-1 cm at the sampling.Location and the downcore change in OC observed from a nearby sediment core (Buckles et al., 2016).Mean annual air temperature (MAAT) was caculated using the brGMGTI and SFS method from Baxter et al. (2019).
