Precipitation, recharge, evapotranspiration, latent heat flux, sensible heat flux, ground heat flux, net radiation and soil moisture estimates in the period 2010-2015 at an agricultural field site in the western part of Denmark

DOI

The dataset includes all major terms of the water and energy balance at an agricultural field site in the western part of Denmark. Precipitation, recharge, evapotranspiration, latent heat flux, sensible heat flux, ground heat flux and net radiation is given as daily sums, while soil moisture content is given as daily moving average. Soil moisture content is measured by three different methods: 1) a point capacitance sensor (5 sensors at three depths) and a capacitance sensor network (30 sensors at three depths), 2) Time Domain Reflectometry (TDR) and 3) a cosmic-ray neutron sensor (CRNS). All measurements were collected in the period 2010-2015. The procedures of the measurements, including, measurement height and depths, is described in Denager et al, 2020.
