High-resolution in situ oxygen microprofiles measured during POLARSTERN cruise ARK-XXVII/3 (IceArc) at station PS80/371-1

In situ measurements were performed with two different profilers mounted to a benthic lander system. Algae depositions at the seafloor surface causing higher oxygen consumption rates (Profile 3) compare to non-algae influenced sediment (Profile 4).
