This is the pre and post-data of experimental (Trataka practice) and control (Daily routine) groups with a follow-up period of two weeks. The hypothesis was that trataka (a yoga-based visual concentration technique) has a positive impact on reducing visual fatigue due to prolonged use of the screen while increasing mindfulness. We assessed the visual fatigue using a symptom checklist, mindfulness using the state mindfulness attention awareness scale (SMAAS), and mind-wandering using a mind-wandering questionnaire (MWQ).
