The dataset contains simulated data on prices, emissions, banked emissions, auctioning, cancellation of allowances, in various scenarios. The purpose of these scenarios is to assess the impacts of the Market Stability Reserves on the ETS market and on the effects of supplementary climate policies.

The files readme.txt and Data Report.pdf contain extra information and documentation about the dataset, and instructions on (how to run) the GAMS files. The XLS and XLSX files are also provided in the preferred format ODS. Preferred formats are file formats of which TiU and DANS are confident that they will offer the best long-term guarantees in terms of usability, accessibility and sustainability.
