Sites BP97-01 through BP97-17 were studied on September 13-15, and Sites BP97-47 through BP97-52 were studied on September 22-24. Time span between these two periods of works in the Obskaya Guba was marked by intensification of the Yamal current and, consequently, by drastic change in salinity of the whole water mass.
