Vemelho river watershed nutrient (nitroge and phosphorus) fluxes, Upper Pantanal, Brazil

DOI

Nutrient balance (nitrogen and phosphorus) data of the Vermelho River watershed. Data are expressed in kg ha-1 yr-1. A shape file is included with the boundary of the 8 sub-basins. The Vermelho river is one of the main rivers that feed the Pantanal plain. Inside its watershed, the most important urban settlement is the city of Rondonópolis, where there are important agroindustry units. This area is the most agricultural intensive area of the Upper Pantanal located within the La Plata basin boundaries.
