The dataset includes all statistical analysis files for the paper "Lucyoside B, a triterpenoid saponin from Luffa cylindrica, inhibits the production of inflammatory mediators via both nuclear factor-κB and activator protein-1 pathways in activated macrophages". There is curently 21 files avaliable.The type of all files is GraphPad Prism 7 XML Project (.pzfx). The data were analyzed using GraphPad Prism Version 7.0. A Student’s t-test was used when only two groups were compared. When there were more than two groups, the intergroup significance was analyzed using one-way ANOVA with Tukey post hoc analysis. Differences were considered to be significant at P < 0.05.
