Ocean surface temperature in the Amundsen Gulf measured by infrared transducer during summer-fall 2009

The IR transducer is installed at the boat deck level on Amundsen on the port side of the ship (see http://www.amundsen.ulaval.ca/medias/pdf/boat_heli.pdf). The data recording is done on a separate storage module and then transferred to the backup drive. It can record the data at user specified time interval. The data file is an ASCII DAT file which can be processed either by the given software is any graph plotting program. The sensor is recording 24 hours a day.
