The development of quantum computers and possible security problems of synchronized phasor measurements in the future “green energy” transmission networks

The process of the future creation and possible industrial use of quantum computers opens up new possibilities for increasing the productivity, throughput, and stability of multicomponent energy systems for perspective digital "green" circular economy. However, such a process may be associated with the emergence of new unexpected threats of local and international terrorism, which require special attention. The prevention of such complicated technological disasters will require a more complex organization of security systems, better staff training, improved management methods, as well as additional innovative SCADA hardware and software.
