Water sample analysis of Th-234 in Nachvak Fjord, Nunatsiavut

The seawater sample was filtered by three cartridges, where the two latter cartridges were impregnated with MnO2. Using this method, dissolved and suspended particulate phases of Th-234 were separated. In order to be able to determine Be-7 in the seawater, we used ferric oxide in addition to manganese oxide.
