Fish samples were collected throughout July and August 2015. Lake Trout samples were donated by participants in the Kluane Lake Fishing Derby; Lake Whitefish, Round Whitefish, and Longnose Sucker samples were collected by Kluane First Nation fishers using gill nets. Tissue mercury concentrations were determined using a Direct Mercury Analyzer (DMA-80) at the Biotron Research Facility, Western University. Fish age was determined by AAE Tech Inc. (Headingley, MB). Stable isotope (C, N) ratios were determined by the Environmental Isotopes Laboratory, University of Waterloo. Persistent organic pollutants, organochlorine pesticides, trace metals, and fatty acid analyses are underway.
